Jesmond Dene bookings are

subject to the following policies.

Booking terms

• When you book direct through this website you will get immediate confirmation through our secure  booking system and are guaranteed the best available rates for your stay.  Payment can be made via Bank Transfer and details of the deposit will be provided in your confirmation email.  You are required to pay half of your total accommodation cost to secure your booking as soon as you receive your confirmation. Final payment is required at least 30 days prior to your arrival.  Your booking will be cancelled if you fail to complete your payment in full by this date.  Bookings made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at time of booking.

Cancellations

• Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to your arrival date will receive a refund of your deposit paid less a $50.00 cancellation fee.

• Cancellations notified less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit the full Deposit.

• When a booking has been made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date and is later cancelled, the full amount paid will be forfeited.

• If you do not arrive and/or stay for the entire number of nights that have been booked no refund will be given.

Date changes

• Any date changes must be made more than 30 days prior to arrival date. They will incur a $25.00 fee.

• As date change requests cannot be granted within 30 days of arrival. your booking will be treated as a cancellation.

Minimum stay booking policy

• A minimum 2 night stay is required for all bookings except for:-

• Long weekends - a 3 night minimum stay is required and

• The Easter weekend - a 4 night minimum stay is required

• If, for some reason, the online booking system allows you to book for less than these minimum times you will be contacted and offered a full refund should you choose to not extend your stay as per these requirements.
